Team Process
Product Manager brings ideas and specifications to the team and begins roadmapping. Team gathers for a quarterly big planning meeting where priortization of sprints takes place. The next phase is delivery, where the product manager works closely with the engineers and designers. We then began testing, reviewing analytics and gather customer feedback. Sales and Customer Support teams are a large contributor to the process throughout, receiving important information, feedback and feature requests.
Sketching
The on boarding process began with lots of white boarding and sketching. Working in collaboration with coworkers by narrowing down the flows into a few iterations.

After many iterations of sketches and white boarding, we narrowed down to three workflow options.
